Terms & Refund Policy

Eligibility & Responsibility

Guests must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements. Guests are financially responsible for all reservations made by them or through their account, whether or not personally authorized. All reservations and payments must follow the procedures outlined in the hotel’s booking terms and conditions. Information provided at the time of booking must be accurate, and the payment method used (Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI) must be valid with sufficient funds.

Rates & Payments

Room rates, charges, and any special offers are displayed on the official Le Royal website. Payment methods accepted include all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and UPI.

Restrictions

• Pets are not allowed.

• Outside food is not permitted on the property.

Room Safety & Hygiene

All rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before guest check-in.

Smoking & Alcohol Policy

• All guest rooms are strictly non-smoking.

• Alcohol consumption is not permitted inside premisis.

Other Rules

• Private parties or events may be allowed, subject to prior approval.

• Visitors are permitted in common areas but not in guest rooms.

• Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• A valid photo ID is mandatory for all guests.

  • For Indian nationals: Driving Licence, Aadhaar Card, or Voter ID.

  • For foreign nationals: A valid passport.

• The hotel reserves the right not to issue refunds if accommodation cannot be provided due to non-compliance with ID requirements.

Extra Bed Policy

An extra mattress can be provided upon request at an additional charge of INR 1200 per night (payable directly at the property).

Child Policy

• Two children up to 11 years of age can stay in the parents’ room without an additional charge.

• A maximum of one child’s bed can be placed in a room at no extra cost.

• One child between 8 and 12 years may stay in the parents’ room; however, if an extra bed is required, additional charges will apply.

• Children above 12 years will be considered adults and require a separate room at the applicable room rate. Extra beds will not be provided for guests over 12 years.

Reservation Amendments & Cancellations

• Cancellations, reductions, or amendments to a guaranteed reservation must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

• For conference or group bookings:

  • In case of no-show, cancellation, or amendment (in part or full) within 30 days or less before check-in, a retention charge will apply:
    Number of rooms cancelled/no-show × 1 night × applicable daily rate per room (including taxes).

  • If any participants check out early, retention will be charged for the unused nights.

• Non-cancellable/non-amendable packages or rates cannot be modified. If cancelled, the full advance paid will be retained as the cancellation fee.
